High School Boys Willing To Work ...

Here is a way you can help promote our backyard hen Initiative: I have two high school boys that you can sponsor to stand outside feed stores and pass out fliers. While passing out fliers they will talk about and encourage people to write our City Council Members in support of expanding the ordinance to allow for backyard hens in the R-1 zone. Both my boys are good talkers!

If you would like to sponsor them to pass out fliers for us please go to the website. At the top-right side you will see a "Donate Today" button. Press the button and donate to the "Go Fund Me" account that is set up there. Write in a message stating that you would like to sponsor the passing out of fliers. This is a great and easy way that you can participate with our backyard hens movement; be part of something historic, meaningful, and beneficial for Bakersfield.

I told the boys that I will pay them minimum wage. Please donate so we can hopefully get 20 hours of "getting the message out". I will pay for the transportation, cost of printing fliers, and the feeding of growing teenagers. I think you have the better end of the deal.
