Updates on "City of Bakersfield Backyard Chickens Initiative"

A small group of us met last Monday to organize plans to get the ball rolling. We're meeting again this Monday (5/18/2020) to report back on research regarding other cities that allow urban hens, council member's contact information, and examples of existing ordinances.
